This free onging support group is open to all ages and genders. We provide a positive, welcoming and supportive environment for people with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and compulsive overeating, eating disorder NOS, and other eating and body image problems. We also provide information and referrals to aid recovery.

Eating disorders can compromise one's ability to function in many areas of life. Many people struggle with secrecy, shame and hopelesness around having an eating disorder. Isolation and despair can make it particularly difficult to seek help and recover. A support group can provide relief, options, hope, and a sense of community, through connection and sharing of experiences with others who understand and guide each other to change.
ANAD: Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders.
An ANAD support group is not a substitute for professional treatment.
This group is led by professional therapists specializing in eating disorders and provide sliding scale therapy.
